ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

- Follow the exit signs to find your Amstar Representatives in the blue shirts outside the terminal
- They will greet you, check you in, and guide you to your transfer vehicle.
- If you cannot locate your representative call Amstar immediately. Please DO NOT STOP INSIDE the terminal’s arrival hall, as those inside claiming to by your transportation provider are timeshare sales representatives.
- Use this link to familiarize yourself with the airport and location of your Amstar
- Representatives https://www.amstardmc.com/en/airport-maps/. Once on the Amstar’s site select the airport you will be arriving in for a map to guide you to the Amstar desk/representatives.
- If your luggage is delayed, have one person from your group notify your representative or driver.
DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS:
- You must visit the Amstar Representative at your hotel the day after arrival to reconfirm your return transfer and get your pick-up time and location.
- If you are unable to locate the Representative, please call the Amstar office during normal business hours.
- Please be checked out and at your assigned pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
If you cannot locate your driver, call the Amstar office immediately.
IMPORTANT
- In the unlikely event of a deviation to your original arrival or departure flight, please call Amstar immediately. Failure to notify Amstar will result in 100% penalty for your transfer.
- No changes are allowed within 2-5 (vary by hotel location) hours of your schedule pick-up time unless your flight is canceled. Rescheduling of transfers will be at Amstar’s discretion.
